A book written by Michael J. Ritt on the 10 steps to health success and wealth formulated by Napoleon Hill. The steps emphasize on how to achieve POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE. The best way to adopt positive mental attitude and to get self confidence in life is through " I CAN- I WILL" philosophy.
  One of the best thing about the book is that each chapter is divided into segments. First the rules are described, then their are activities with title, LEARN BY DOING. The next segment is SELF TEST. Which enables to test what is learnt from each chapter.And at the end of each chapter there are WORDS FROM WISE, which are good quotations. 
Following are the steps which are formulated by Napoleon Hill to approach Positive Mental Attitude:

  1.  Take possession of your own mind conviction.
  2. Keep your mind on the things you want and off the things that you don't want.
  3. Live the golden rule.
  4. Eliminate all negative thoughts by self-inspection.
  5. Be happy!Make others happy.
  6. Form a habit of tolerance.
  7. Give your self positive suggestions.
  8. Use power of prayers.
  9. Set goals.
  10. Study, think and plan daily. 
This book may prove to be helpful in viewing the life from different perceptions and to eliminate the negative thoughts from the mind. It may help to develop a positive mental attitude, turn problems into opportunities, over come the fear of failure, channel your creative energy and maximise the unique talents.
